General Management/Oversight of Operations and Sales. 1994-Current.  Responsible for day-to-day operations of environmental consulting company.  Responsible for general management of company, including sales, job costing and budgeting, employee relations, and operations of both training and engineering departments.

QA/QC Engineering and Management, 1988-1992Developed inspection procedures, QA/QC manuals, QA procedures in manufacturing and process control.  Reviewed standard operating procedures.  Hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated product & process inspectors.  Conducted and provided oversight on statistical process control projects.

Consulting Operations Engineering, 1982-1984.  Researched, analyzed, and made recommendations for development of lease holdings for oil production potential.  Conducted and provided oversight on statistical process control projects.

Narrative:

Ms. Hoover combines several years of experience in personnel education and training with practical, on-the-job experience in quality management and process engineering.   Since her association with META, Ms. Hoover has put both her training and quality management background to use as Director of META's Training Department.  Her business management background in a variety of professional capacities has proven invaluable in her accomplishments at META, allowing her to become an effective leader and the current General Manager of the company.
