Ms. Hoover combines several years
of experience in personnel education and training with practical,
on-the-job experience in quality management and process
engineering. Since her association with META, Ms.
Hoover has put both her training and quality management
background to use as Director of META's Training Department.
Her business management background in a variety of professional
capacities has proven invaluable in her accomplishments
at META, allowing her to become an effective leader and
the current General Manager of the company.
